Refund policy
We have a 10-day refund policy for damages and other issues associated with the product(s), which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a refund. All shipping charges are non-refundable. Refunds can only be given if a product is damaged/defective upon receipt.
To be eligible for a refund, we require proof of purchase, and also proof of the product's damage/deficiency (upon receipt). Please send an email to admin@leemoutford.com with the required evidence (including photographic evidence). We may require the original product to be returned, and will give further information on this if required.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received your initial correspondence, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
